Pensacola Beach in the Florida Panhandle is located on one of the worlds largest barrier islands (Santa Rosa Island) in the gulf of mexico. Miles and miles of pristine sandy beach, really nice for relaxing and soaking up the sun and cooling off in the sea.

Unfortunately the dangerous marine life (purple) flag was flying when we rocked up… sadly not a shark but jelly fish… so swimming was off the menu.

We also had a quick look at historic downtown Pensacola, we got ice cream…. and i discovered a fool proof way to keep the bugs away whilst camping… result.
