The Pisco Sour is Peru’s national tipple and is pretty, pretty good.

This is how you make it

3 parts Pisco
1part sugar syrup
1part freshly squeezed lime juice
1 egg white

Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until the ice is pretty much gone and the egg white has created a nice foam.

Pour into glasses and add a little sprinkle of cinnamon to the top.

Drink and enjoy
